Walking
The hotel is a ten-minute walk from the Central Station (see map). Go straight ahead to leave the ‘Stationsplein’, go to the right onto the Prins Hendrikkade. Second road to your left, this is the first canal named ‘Singel’. Go straight ahead. Take the 3rd bridge on your right (Blauwburgwal). The next canal is Herengracht, go to the left. Public transport
From the Central Station you can take a lot of trams. The tram 4, 9, 16, 24 and 25 go over Damrak. Get out at the stop named Dam (Dam Palace). Walk alongside the Palace (Palace is on your left). Cross the street and go right alongside warehouse Magna Plaza. Cross the next street & the canal named Spuistraat & Singel. Now you enter the street Oude Leliestraat & at the Herengracht you go to the right. The address of The Times Hotel is no. 137.
The trams 1, 2, 5, 13 or 17 all go over the Spuistraat. Get out at the stop named Dam (Magna Plaza/ Raadhuisstraat). When you stand in front of warehouse Magna Plaza, go right alongside this warehouse. Cross the next street & the canal named Spuistraat & Singel. Now you enter the street Oude Leliestraat & at the Herengracht you go to the right. The address of The Times Hotel is no. 137.
Driving
From the A10 Ring Amsterdam/Haarlem: take exit S103 towards ‘Centrum Amsterdam’. Drive along the Haarlemmerweg, which becomes the Nieuwe Westerdokstraat. Turn right onto the Singel, take the second right and then the first left onto the Herengracht. Take the second bridge on your left and go left again. There you will find The Times Hotel at no. 137.
Parking
Paid parking is available along the canal. A ticket costs €5,- per hour from Monday to Saturday between 09.00 and 24.00, on Sundays from 12.00 to 24.00. You can recognize the meters by a blue & white P-sign. There you can pay.
